ASL.

Even before joining ASL BPO, he was familiar with the property preservation industry as he was working as a property preservation processor in another outsourcing firm in Dhaka for quite a few years. When he joined ASL BPO, he already had the knowledge of how to process work orders for MnM, MCS, MSI, Assetshield, and some others.

When he joined ASL in 2014, his previous experience promoted him to become a senior member of the team guiding and helping new hires. 

​

He is one of the longest-running employees and over the years working with ASL, he has added a lot of experience to his arsenal, being able to process work orders of almost all nationals. 

​

In 2018, he had taken a break from work, for personal reasons, but a year later, he joined back and ASL was delighted to have him. 

​

Currently, he is a team lead in our day shift responsible for a team of 20.
